carregamento do balão é feito à temperatura ambiente e à altitude atmosférica.
Isto determinará qual o peso máximo que o balão pode suportar nesse dia. Cada
balão é certificado para o número exacto de pessoas e apresenta um limite
máximo de peso. Portanto, não tenha vergonha de revelar o seu peso real já que
precisaremos dessa informação para que realize o voo em segurança. Por razões
operacionais será cobrada uma taxa adicional aos passageiros com peso superior

Each balloon is certified to take a certain number of people and a has a maximum weight limitation. So don´t be shy to reveal your true weight as we really need this for your flight safety.
