Pre Flight Procedures
It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they have received booking confirmation details of the flight; please notify AB immediately and prior to your flight date if you do not have this information.
The passenger must contact the weather line the evening prior to the flight at the allocated time and date to receive final confirmation and latest instructions.
Please arrive on time as ballooning is limited to early morning slots. In Portugal during the summer it is vital that we land before the thermic acivity starts. Should you be delayed then advise your pilot as soon as possible.
A no show or late arrival may invalidate your ticket.
