Cancelamento do voo por Algarve Balloons (AB)
Todos os voos estão dependentes das condições atmosféricas favoráveis, daí AB não pode garantir que a data marcada seja ideal para o voo. No caso de cancelamento o voo será remarcado dentro dos termos da reserva. AB reserva o direito de cancelar, adiar ou mudar o local de descolagem a curto prazo. AB não será responsável por perda ou por qualquer inconveniente que isto possa causar. Cancelamento do voo pelo Passageiro Tente avisar AB da impossibilidade de tomar o seu voo o mais breve possível, mas não menos que 12 horas. Menos que 12 horas sem justificação aceitável será considerado um “no show” como descrito no título Procedimentos Pré Voo. Todavia a nossa equipa fará os possíveis para preencher o seu lugar com passageiros em “standby” para revalidar o seu bilhete ou voucher. Procedimentos Pré Voo É da responsabilidade do passageiro garantir que tenha recebido confirmação e informação do voo; se não tiver esta informação notifique AB imediatamente, antes do voo. O passageiro tem que telefonar para a linha de confirmação na noite antes do voo às horas e data especificadas, para receber confirmação meteorológica e mudanças finais. É essencial que chegue a horas visto que balonismo está limitado às primeiras horas do dia. Em Portugal no verão é vital que aterramos antes da atividade térmica começar. Se estiver atrasado avise de imediato o seu piloto. Um “no show” ou chegada atrasada invalidará o seu bilhete ou voucher. Apto para voar Não somos qualificados para expressar uma opinião sobre a sua aptidão para voar e você terá de certificar que está apto para voar. O voo de balão requer estar em pé durante a viagem, subir por cima do cesto e caminhar fora do campo de aterragem. Todavia faremos o possível em assistir às suas necessidades. Não deve voar se tiver uma condição médica grave e tenha tido uma cirurgia recente podendo o fazer à sua responsabilidade com certificado medico. Por razões operacionais haverá um excesso a pagar aos passageiros com peso superior a 100kg. Não pode voar se estiver gravida, sobre os efeitos de álcool ou narcóticos. Segurança de Voo Nenhum passageiro deve beber álcool, estar embriagado, descartar artigos fora do cesto ou comportar-se duma maneira inaceitável. O piloto reserva o direito de recusar transporte a qualquer pessoa que seja um risco para a equipa de voo ou passageiros. Todos os voos estão à consideração do piloto em comando visto que a segurança (técnica e meteorológica) é de máxima importância. AB não será responsável pela perda ou danificação de vestuário, bens pessoais como camaras, vídeos, etc. … e são transportados à responsabilidade do dono e com permissão do piloto (especialmente máquinas de filmagem de grande porte). Tempo de Voo Tentaremos voar cerca de uma hora, mas visto estarmos dependentes das condições meteorológicas, controlo de tráfego aéreo e disponibilidade de espaços de aterragens, o tempo de voo está sujeito à consideração do piloto. Condições e reembolso de bilhetes e vouchers Bilhetes e vouchers de voo são válidos durante um (1) ano da data de compra. Bilhetes e vouchers de voo não são reembolsáveis desde que ambas as partes contractuais tenham honrado a suas obrigações. Bilhetes e vouchers podem ser transferidos ou vendidos a terceiros com a aprovação de AB. Certifique-se que a data esteja dentro da validade quando vender ou transferir. Para revalidação de 1 ano haverá uma quota de €50. Para passageiros que tentaram voar 3 vezes dentro do ano, mas foram cancelados devido a meteorologia, incapacidade por gravidez ou outro estado medico, a revalidação será sem custo, sujeito à aprovação de AB e apresentação de certificado médico. Um “no show” ou chegada atrasada invalidará o seu bilhete ou voucher. Bilhetes e vouchers cancelados com justa causa serão reembolsados (sujeito a taxa bancária de transação). Seguro e Licenciado AB tem seguro de passageiro e contra terceiros no valor de €1.875.000. Flight cancellation by Algarve Balloons (AB)
All flights are dependent on suitable weather conditions therefore AB can not guarantee that the flight date booked will be suitable for a flight. In the event of a cancellation the flight will be re-scheduled to your convenience within the terms of booking arrangement. AB reserve the right to cancel, delay, or change the location of the launch site at short notice. AB shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused. Flight cancellation by Passengers Please endeveavour to advise AB of flight cancellation as soon as possible but not less than 12 hours. Less than 12 hours notice without acceptable excuse will be treated as a ´no show´ case as discussed under the heading Pre Flight Procedures. Staff will however endeavour to fill the flight with standby passengers to revalidate your ticket. Pre Flight Procedures It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they have received booking confirmation details of the flight; please notify AB immediately and prior to your flight date if you do not have this information. The passenger must contact the weather line the evening prior to the flight at the allocated time and date to receive final confirmation and latest instructions. Please arrive on time as ballooning is limited to early morning slots. In Portugal during the summer it is vital that we land before the thermic acivity starts. Should you be delayed then advise your pilot as soon as possible. A no show or late arrival may invalidate your ticket. Fit to fly We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming you are fit to fly and you must ensure that you are fit to fly. Balloon flights require you standing and being able to walk out of a field. We will however endeavour to assist should this be required. You must not fly if you are suffering from any serious medical condition or have recently undergone surgery unless you have a certificate of fitness to fly from your doctor. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For operational purposes there will be a surcharge for passengers whose weight exceeds 100kg, if you think this may be the case please call us. Flight Safety No passenger shall drink, be drunk, throw articles overboard or behave in a disorderely manner. The pilot may refuse carriage to any person whom he believes under the influence of alcohol or to be a risk or liability to the crew or other passengers. All flights are at the sole discretion of the pilot in command as safety (technical and meteorological) is of paramount importance. AB will not be liable for the loss or damage of clothing personal effects such as cameras, videos etc… and are carried entirely at the owners risk and by permission of the pilot. Flight Time We try to be airborne for approximately one hour but as the flight is subject to weather conditions and the availability of landing space, the flight time will be subjected to the discretion of the pilot. Ticket Policy and Refunds Flight tickets and vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Flight tickets are refundable to the buyer, but non refundable when both parties contractual obligations have been honoured. Passengers may transfer or sell their flight tickets to a third party subject to the approval of AB. Please insure that validity is honourably advised when selling or passing your ticket on. For an additional 1 Year extension there will be a charge €50 A no show or late arrival will invalidate and cancel your ticket. For pregnancy or medical extension there will be no charge subject to the approval of AB and presentation of medical certificate. Tickets and Vouchers cancelled with just cause are refundable (subject to bank transaction fees). Insurance AB have a €1.875.000 passenger insurance and third party liability cover.
